Poured from a growler into a Delirium tulip
A- pours a brilliant ruby red with a one finger pink head. Clarity on this one is perfect. As is the case with most sours, the head faded quickly. Gorgeous beer.
S- nice raspberry aroma comes through. Not overly pungent, but still worthwhile
T- starts off with a nice smash of raspberries, getting more and more tart as you go. Tastes like a Warhead. Incredible
M- light bodied, on the medium side. Well done
O- you want this. It's a bit pricey all things considered, but this is a phenomenal sour.

From 01/25/14 notes. On tap at the brewpub.
a - Pours a clear pinkish red color with one inch of lightly red-white head and low carbonation evident. Looks great.
s - Smells of sweet and sour raspberries, fruity malts, spice, grains, yeast, and floral notes. Very nice nose, I like it a lot.
t - Tastes of lightly sweet raspberries, fruity malts, lightly sour raspberries, floral notes, and earthy notes. Taste is nice but pretty light...reminds me of jolly ranchers candies.
m - Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not acedic at all, easy to drink.
o - Overall a nice crisp fruit/sour beer. Not too sour overall but I liked it, with a nice mix of sour and sweet raspberries. Worth checking out but don't expect a sour bomb.
