Not overtly sweet. As soon as you remove the cork you get punched with the incredible raspberry nose. This is one of the most well balanced and approachable sours I've tried. Layered with pleasant mellow acidity, and waves of raspberries. Lingering tart finish rounds of one of the best sour beers I've ever tasted.

Love the Raspberry tartness and flavor. Slight funkyness at the back of the tongue. Definitely get raspberries on the nose. Reminds me of a slightly more sour and carbonated New Glarus Raspberry Tart.

Pour is a transparent red with a mostly white head that has a faint pink hue. Nose is almost all raspberry. Very fleshy sweet raspberry without the tartness. Taste is heavily sweet raspberry with a faint tartness and a sour finish. Puckeringly sour and dry, fairly assertive carb. A bit sugary and sweet and very singular with huge raspberry flavor.
