From a one liter bottle shared at Empório São Patrício, on to the beer:
We're looking at a pale golden colored beer with a decent plop of head on top, good retention, and adquate lace. The nose is distinct from the usual Brazilian lager, as there is an aromic grassy scent and a subtle grainy sweetness.
Taste has some simple cereals, slightly sweet, a soft amount of "fresh hops" goodness and a pleasant grassiness. If it weren't for the extra hops, this would be very run of the mill. A light body and crisp carbonation finishes it off.
I grabbed this beer by mistake to share, as one of the guys requested another Coruja sibling (Extra Viva) and I mistaken this for that. Whatever, this is refreshing and not taxing to the palate, and a get a tick for my mistake.
