11 ounce goblet - $9.00 at Taco Mac in Canton, Georgia.

Appearance: Displays an ever so slightly hazed, pale yellow body with a 1/2 inch of creamyish, cotton ball-white head.

Smell: Yields no more than a somewhat mild, anemic aroma, with all too transient notes of citrus rind, light malts, and spice.

Taste: Gentle union of pale malted barley and wheat with a sweetish touch of confectioners' sugar. Light honeyesque taste. Dashes of ground coriander, maybe a bit of allspice. Low herbal qualities with a very low amount of bitterness present. Light lemon. Sweetish, lightly spicy finish with a snippet of eleventh-hour fizz.

Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-light carbonation.

Overall: Refreshing and pleasant; a competent albeit uneconomical Dutch wit.

750 ml corked bottle. Pale hazy yellow colour, heavy large foam. Smell is the usual for the style, but somehow weaker: lemon, spices (cloves, coriander), and a hint of banana. Taste is more spicy, cloves, cardamom, citrus, coriander but yet weaker than usual. Refreshing, easy drinkable, feels very good in the tongue. I only wish it was a bit more complicated.

O: fine witbier, nothing exceptional

330ml bottle bought from GapWines, Belfast...

Poured a hazy honey yellow colour... White head poured quite foamy then faded quickly to very thin layer.... no lacing...

Aroma - Spicy, light honey sweetness, some light coriander notes, peppery, light maltiness, some spicy hops, lemony, floral notes...

Taste – Spicy, nice light hop bitterness, light sweetness, lemon fruitiness, floral, slight nuttiness, very light maltiness, some wheat traces... flavours maybe all lacking a little depth...

Feel - Pretty sharp and dry. Light body. Extremely drinkable - would be nice on a hot summer day...

Overall - An ok witbier.... As i said maybe lacking a little depth - still worth a try though...

A: Translucent yellow, a hair dull, basically no head, mild rising carbonation.
S: Citrusy pineapple yeast. Sitting between sweet and savory.
T: Not sweet, could use a bit more sweetness. A mildly bitter witbier, which is a little odd. But still nice. Almost piney. Nice medium flavor.
M: Mild dry sting.
O: Pretty nice, but certainly different. Worthy

The colour is pale orange-gold; the liquid is hazy. The finger thick head slowly sinks down to a firm white layer, leaving some lacing.

The smell is fruity with yeasty flavours, sweet citric fruits (mandarins, bitter oranges) and a hint of bitterness.

The first flavours are citric (bitter oranges, lime), mixed herbs, plums and bakery yeast. Then, some notes of wheat flour, and sour flavours emerges. The aftertaste is mid-sourish with a fruity bitterness and hints of herbs.

The carbonation is overwhelming and – in my opinion – too strong even for a wit. The bubbles are medium sized.

I thought this beer was a little too discreet; I like a wit to be a rollercoaster of flavours!

On tap at BeerBistro. Pours a hazy yellow, thick white head forms, nice lacing on the glass, settles to a medium layer, good retention. Smell is quite light, some sourness, apples, banana and spice, wheat, some vanilla, very soft but the sourness is neat. Taste is similar, apples, banana, light sourness in the middle, yeast and wheat, oranges, almost winey character in the finish, a bit like a Berliner weiss due to the sourness. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. I generally don’t like witbiers, but the sour character on this one gave it a bit of edge over other examples of the style.
