Appearance - Clear golden color, with a very fleeting white head. Light, steady carbonation.

Smell - Clean, grainy, with a hint of honey. Almost like bread.

Taste - Slightly sweet, well balanced, but nothing spectacular. Very drinkable, however.

Mouthfeel - Light, with some slight carbonation.

Overall - Refreshing, but nothing special. (342 characters)

Found this in Cancun.

Light fizzy head disappears instantly, clear but little sediment golden pilsner color.

Nose definite lager, with a light skunk but not much, toasty pilsner malts, malty with a touch creamy, little fruity.

Taste is more like macro cheap lager but with more malts, fairly malty, pilsner malts, I think a litle maize as I get a slight creamy almost corn like taste. Light skunk and bitter unhappy beer, hint of grassy light hops. Little fruity lager. Finish is little bitter, grassy hops, light skunky cheap macro lager lingering, fairly dry.

Mouth is light bodied, decent carb.

Overall meh, a bit better than I expected, but still a bit macro cheap lager with a bit of skunk, but a bit more malty flavor than most macro swill, and overall much more drinkable than most so called "beers" I've had down here. (831 characters)

The New Beer Of Cervecería Primus de México
[Eyes] A very good looking beer, golden colour with a great creamy white foam.

[Nouse]
Nice cereal aroma and fresh fruit..., flowery..., light caramel notes in deep...

[Mouth]
Very easy drinkable beer with good flavour, and a gentile aftertaste... Medium mouthfeel, but with a refreshing little dry end
the carbonation is soft.

Pale gold with some orange highlights, smooth and creamy white head with acceptable lacing. Nose is very clean, note of baked bread, pretty grainy with a note of yeast. Hops are hard to detect.

The flavor is grainy, with quite a bit of diacetyl buttery flavor, and a hint of brewers yeast. Finishes dry with some herbs on the back end, carbonation is middle of the road. Refreshing and worth a shot, but not a very drinkable version of a blonde overall. (455 characters)

Estilo: American Blonde Ale

Alcohol: 4.3 ABV

Apariencia: Color dorado, con brillos ámbar y concentraciones en dorado viejo. Cerveza filtrada.

(600 characters)

Big thanks to Rodolfo for bringing a bottle of this from Mexico City to Chicago!!

Appearance- Pours a clear, beautiful golden color with a quickly fleeting bone white head. Perfect looking brew for an 85 degree humid day!

Aroma- Clean, bready, slightly sweet maltiness with a kiss of soft yeast and herbal hops. Nice and refreshing aroma- potentially indicative of a richer brew than appearance leads you believe...just a touch of graininess, though it does not take too much away from the aroma and is soft enough that it enhances the aroma.

Flavor- Some graininess up front that opens to a slightly sweet, nicely balanced, and very drinkable blonde. Light, but Very thirst quenching with a saltine cracker and herbal hop finish. Slightly dry, daring you to come back for another sip!

Mouthfeel- Light bodied, very drinkable, moderate CO2, with a very nice balance. Low, if any, residual sugars.

Overall- Very refreshing brew with a light, thirst quenching body and a great balance. I could see this being an every day brew for me- it's just too bad they dont distribute to Chicago! (1,089 characters)

Golden color with a thin head with short retention.
Predominant aroma of honey and sweet flowers.
Flavor with notes of grainy malts, honey, bread and finishing with floral hops that became citrusier after warming up. Mildly dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light to watery body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing golden ale, almost too light. It could have a bit more body. (385 characters)
