I work next door, so I may be biased.
I think it's an average place, I shop here every week.
Their overall quality a good, I never have a problem finding something I want here.
The employees are helpful and easy to talk to. Service is pretty darn good for me.
The beer selection is pretty standard, but the food selection is great, it's TJ's dammit.
Food is fabulous, never tried something here I didn't like, but the same holds true for every TJ's.
Prices are pretty standard mos of the things they carry are priced better then the average grocery store, and they carry specialty items that are more or less on value.

This location has been doing business for over ten years now, and although I live in the area, I overlook this place as a stop for groceries or beer. However, I remembered to stop by for a quick run of beer earlier this afternoon. It's smaller than the usual Trader Joe's, and there isn't much wiggle room doing down aisles. The beer is in the back corner of the store, all sitting on shelves unrefrigerated, but away from any sunlight. A decent mix of beer to be had here, most are only availbale in six packs. Besides the Trader Joe's brand of beer, there was Chimay, North Coast, Full Sail, Mendocino, Spaten, Lindeman's, Murphy's, Stockyard Oatmeal Stout, some other brands of beer I can't recall at this time, and a handful of "uncommon" pale lagers like Oranjeboom, Nova Schin, and Phuket. Lower prices help too, most 6-packs are under $7, which is great considering beer prices in general are escalating quickly.
A number of affordable beer stores exist near The Village of Orange (BevMo, Cost Plus, Wine Exchange), but Trader Joe's is unique from the other as you can buy groceries to go with your beer....or the other way around. Worth a stop if you're nearby The Village of Orange, although chances are you have one in your neighborhood.
