A great little local bar! I found this bar after a friend and I got tossed out of Safeco for smuggling in a flask. We were going to wait for our friends at Elysian Fields but found this gem and watched the rest of the game on TV there.

Basically a neighborhood dive, this is a comfortable and fun place to hang if the crowds at "big" bars near the stadiums are too much for you. The staff and regulars were friendly and not snobby at all. Nothing rare or exotic on tap, but solid local/regional brews will keep you satisfied. Worth checking out.

The Triangle. This place has been around for awhile. Before Elysian Fields this was a go to along with Pyramid. This building is old, old. Read the history between Pioneer Square and the stadiums. It down a little ways from Elysian Fields. The place gets busy on game day with crowds. The place tends to be pretty cold and hard to heat due to the door being open, lots of glass, old building and high ceiling. Staff is nice, beer is usually SN, Mac and Jacks, Deschutes, and so on. Always about 12 handles and of course they macro is there as well. It is worth a stop just to see if you like it. With Elysian Fields being so close it puts a damper on the place but they have a loyal crowd!
