I felt priviledged to have the beer named after the recent winner of the goat race that was just held on May 7th. The beer was served in a standard pint glass and came out with a slight white head and good lacing down the the sides of the glass. The beer had a nice brownish, amber body. The aroma was a pleasing match of malty sweetness provided by the Pils malts and a touch of floral hops from the Hallertauer hops in this bad boy. The taste is a very refreshing from the spring and summer so it was the perfect time to try this. The taste was earthy, a bit woody and malty. These tastes are wrapped up with a hop bite on the tongue that finishes it off well. I will definitely be stopping by for a growler of this for the summer while it lasts.

Appears a light copper toned amber with a small white head that quickly fades out into a tiny film. Little bubbles slowly rise to the top of the glass.
Smell is of candy, malt, and syrupy sweetness with toffee, and a caramel coated apple.
Taste is of the same aromas.
Mouthfeel is malty, sugary, and semi-dry with a crispy crackles of CO2 on the back of the tongue.
