Thanks to egajdzis for filling this growler from his home kegerator...
Appears a hazy, pale gold with small amounts of CO@ bubbles slowly rising to the top. A small, foamy, bright white head fades into a mild cap and collar. Spotty lacing is left behind.
Smell is of light funk, sugary candy, fruity, malty, dusty, earthy, with cream, a "juicy fruit" gum aroma, and light aromas of water-logged lumber.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with a funky, sugary, rubber like flavor that's a bit odd but seems to fit the style in the farmhouse mix.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, sweet, with a dry bitterness that makes the brew very light, short lived, and pretty easy to drink. There is a fizzy, sweetness runing along the tongue till she runs dry.

(12 oz can, best by 08/08/22; purchased single off shelf at Total Wine today... poured into a 0.3l Rastal tulip)
L: moderately-hazy, yellow-amber liquid; tall, tight, cottony pad of foam
S: petite Saison... spicy, fermenting bread dough... notes of banana and allspice, flan or creme brulee... all nice, but nothing distinct
T: mildly-phenolic, band-aid-like overtone above a shortbread, floury underlying malt... murky, yet pointed lemon-pepper pungency up the middle... brioche-y, floral-spicy aftertaste... dry, meadow-earthy; hint of melon as well?
F: light and airy textures with a touch of wheat bulge (proteinous)... lingering peppery ping pervades the the entire palate with its sting, numbing the lips too... absolute ease, yet carrying a curious substance
O: at least my second time having this... almost drove out to Phoenixville today to have this on tap, as so many other appealing drafts there were calling... great beer, and I'll grab some more (1984)

Sly Fox Grisette has a very thick, off-white head and a hazy gold appearance, with bubbles. A descending gray cloud is evidenced, following the "swish & pour". The aroma is of spicy white bread crust and bubble gum. The flavor is similar, with no bitterness. Sly Fox Grisette has a medium body and a mostly-dry finish.

Just brought this home tonite. There seems to be much more of a Belgian wheat thing going on since the last time I drank this beer.
Poured from a 12oz can into a stem glass.
Nice two finger head when poured. Strong lacing on the glass with nice cap on the beer.
Dark copper color and opaque.
Aroma is spicy.
Tastes of strong belgian yeast backbone, spiciness, and coriander runs throughout.
Mouthfeel is tingly and sparkly, then mellows out at the finish.
Overall, pretty nice beer, but pretty strong Belgian yeast and coriander thing dominates this beer.

12 oz. can poured into a pint glass, hazy straw color with minimal head and lacing. Smells of wheat, grass, Belgian yeast. Taste is similar to aroma, but with some green apple, cloves, lemon and mild hop presence. Well carbonated. A refreshing summer beer.

From draft into a tulip glass at the Good Life in Massapequa - mostly clear and yellow with a few fingers of white foam on top - light and bright and citrusy, with grassy and floral notes - amply carbonated and crisp - light-bodied and clean-finishing... Give it a shot...

Great summer beer. Had on tap, poured into a shaker. Nice gold color, white head that eventually fell off. Left dom lacing in the glass. Smell was grain, lemon, some yeasty esters. Taste followed nose with a strong malt backbone of bready grain, lemon, apple, a bit of bitterness and yeast spiciness. Not an overwhelming flavor, but balanced and pleasant. Light, well carbonated and easy to drink. Overall, a nice easy drinker especially on the hotter summer days. It's tasty and refreshing. It won't blow you away with any one flavor profile, but it won't offend either. It's a nice chance of pace from other lighter beers.

On tap, poured into a shaker pint glass.
L---Bright yellow/golden color with a medium sized, white head. While the head stuck around, it left good lacing, but it settled down to zero head/lacing after a little bit.
S---Lemon, grass & some grain.
T---Followed the nose. Predominantly lemon/citrus followed by grass & grain.
F---Fairly light & refreshing. Medium/light carbonation.
O---My first grisette. I liked it, but wasn't really overwhelmed by it. A solid drink.

12 oz can picked up as part of a mix six. Best by June so it is reasonably fresh. This is a beautiful sparkling grisette. Decent depth of flavor - citrus, wheat, hints of spice. A refreshing beer for summer.

Can says Best by date of 7/18/19 so this must be pretty fresh. Nice hazy yellow appearance with 2 finger head. Aroma is really nice with some bannana esters and some fresh grassy aroma like a sunny spring day. Taste gives this beer more of an authentic Witbier /Hefeweisen flavor, more than a Grizzette or Saison IMO. Still very tasty and I've been craving a good Witbier lately so this hits the spot. Very light and respectable brew. Nicely done.
