A: Poured amber/brown in color from a 12oz. can into a pint glass. A nice 2-finger head with some froth that persisted. Some lacing, but nothing to write home about.
S: Smells like a lager: notes of caramel malt and sweet corn are present on the nose.
T: Thin flavor profile with caramel malts being the dominating flavor with earthy notes, leather and moss appearing in the background. The aftertaste is fairly bright with some maltiness drawing you back in, but overall the flavor is not what one would expect from a pale ale: virtually zero hop character.
M: The mouthfeel is average at best. In the mouth it lack substance, and the swallow leaves you with a dank feeling in your mouth, like a basement. On a positive note, the feeling that is there in the mouth is bright and clean, but it's nothing powerful.
D: The drinkability is high in this, as it has a fairly middle-of-the-road character, but enough flavor to entice you back for more. It's mostly bright and inviting, and not too sweet.

A - Hazed orange with a finger of white foamy head that fades fast, no lacing.
S - Caramel and bready malt, a little pine, semi skunky.
T - Very malty, little hop presence in the flavor, some grains.
M - Lingering bitterness, lighter on feel.
O - Not a good flavor, and it fades fast, just an unmemorable beer.
