Poured into a tulip glass,a very mirkey golden color,a pillowy, slightly off-white head. could not see carbination thru the mirkeyness, only particles of yeast.
The aroma was clovey, fruity like overripe fruit,a hint of vanailla, and bannana, apple.Winey with evidence of alcohol presence.A very complex aroma.
The taste was sweet candy-like,of honey with hints of caramell.Very fruity.of ripened fruit,a big alcohol warming at the finish. The complexity was a bit overtaken by the constant presense of alcohol.
The mouthfeel velvety, prickley,a bit rough with the alcohol taste.
This is not a beer for the faint of heart.
Drinkability: Only for those not minding the taste of alcohol,in a beer.
All said a smooth feel, goes down fairly easy, could not drink more than 1 bottle at a time of this beer. This beer makes you feel warm all over.
A perfect winter warmer.

A - Very hazy medium copper gold color with a substantial amount of small suspended floaties (even when pouring very quiet, Thin layer of head that's a bright white color and very sticky. As the beer warms the haze migrates to clear.
S - Crisp and spicy aroma with pear, apples, some apricot. Bright and fruity. Some straw funk.
T - Follows the nose. Spices, pears, apples, a touch of apricot, alcohol is very well hidden when it's cold but becomes a little more detectable as it warms. A little yeasty. As the beer warms, more honey starts to come through.
M - Lots of sprightly and mild prickly carbonation that gives way to a creamy finish. Leaves a spicy, slightly yeasty finish.
O - Tried some of the beers from Fox in the past and it's been hit or miss for me, this is one I'll go back and by more of. Nice job.

12/22...pours fizzy cloudy gold with heavy foam that sticks to the side. Fruity chalky nose. Kind of plain. Taste is a sweet fruity blend, some citrus, floral notes. Cherries, fruit juice, backed by a slight yeasty bitter. Clean and crisp. Overall nice blend, good flavor.

Nice spicy tripel, just a touch of tanginess, some floral notes, clear golden body with active carbonation. Decent fluffy head shrinks to small lasting head. A tripel with a little bit of bite.
