Straw to gold color. Nearly clear. Lasting small head. Some streaks.
Soft perfumy aroma of very pale malt. Little hop nose.
High carbonation with a weak base body. The hop is more distinct but one dimensional. It dominates the malt but doesn't come across as too bitter -- relatively short aftertaste.

On draught at the brewery' brew house. Served in a pint glass. It pours a pale, straw yellow color with a half finger of bright white head and spotty lacing. The nose is quite subdued; mostly cracker and yeast esters. It's taste features dry, grassy cracker up front and mildly sweet bready malt at the finish. There's virtually no hop presence. It has a light, crisp mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and is an easy drinker with an ABV of 4.9% Ooerall, it's a pleasant and drinkable Pilsener but it's not at the level of the leaders of the style.

This bottle was a gift from my father-in-law that he picked up during his trip to Israel. It was on the tail end of its best-by date, but it was still a welcomed gift.
It pours a cloudy, creamy yellow color, with a giant, fluffy white head. The aroma was quite diminished, with very little hop aroma to balance against a combination of bready malt and some yeast esters. The flavor was likewise un-pilsner-like, with the muted hop profile being overtaken by sweet, bready malts and some almost-hefeweizen-like yeast characteristics. The texture was quite effervescent, but it also had a decent weight/mouthfeel. Overall, this was a decent beer and an interesting insight into Middle-eastern brewing, but it did not meet the expectations for a pilsner.

Not sure if pdoran10 had a bad bottle or something, but I was very impressed with this beer.
Pours a big fizzy 2 finger head that fades fairly quickly at first then slows, hazy honey orange color.
Nose nice clean toasty pilsner, light straw, light malts, hint of hay, touch of grassy hops, light crisp and aromatic.
Taste comes bright and crisp, straw malts, toasty, light hay, etc. with light lager fruit and nice bright crispness. Hops come in the back end with a bit of a grassy hop flavor, and light bitterness which builds a bit to I nice bite on the finish. Dry and crisp finish with light straw malt flavors and lingering grassy hop bitterness.
Moth is med to lighter bodied, good carb.
Overall very impressed, nice and fresh, great hop and malt flavors, crisp lager, easy drinking...very tasty, probably the best beer I've had in Israel so far.

Pours out a light straw color that is slightly hazy. Two fingers of white head that fade quickly and leave a slight lacing.
Smell is wheat, slight tart nose with a grassy note coming from the hops.
Taste is crisp and bitter with tart lemon, clove, and slight banana wheat flavor on the finish. Slightly tart flavor seems off in this style. Slight soapy note on the finish as well :(
Mouthfeel is slight with moderate to high carbonation. Nice and crisp.
Moderate drinkability. Could have another, but a few off flavors going on here.
