Poured from a can into a weisse vase, the beer is a hazy, bright, straw yellow coloring with no head and a solid flow of carbonation bubbling throughout the body. Aromas of toasted bread, berry sweetness, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, banana, and subtle orange highlights. Flavors are sweet banana bread forward, with a solid dose of clove spice, nutmeg, and candi sugar. Full bodied, with a crisp edge from the carbonation. The aftertaste is candied fruit, heavy on the banana. The finish is crisp, slightly sharp, with a fruity linger. Light and refreshing.

On draft, pours a hazy pale yellow with a light foamy head.

Nose is all hefe, very heavy on the bananas, wheat, a little dough and cloves. There is some grass, rustic notes, very earthy. The flavor is mostly banana, a little bit of spice and wheat. Some citrus, orange, coriander, lemon. The finish is crisp and floral, palate smacking. This is pretty good, refreshing, smooth. Hard to stand our in this style and this will get lost among all the other hefe's in the world.

Pours a deep and hazy copper and amber with a thin disc of white head. The aroma is rich in wheat and yeast esters with a nice hint of spice. The taste is good but refrained when compared to the big aromatic blast. The body is nice and light, not thin, with a solid amount of carbonation.
