A- 12oz bottle poured into a tumbler with a mostly clear golden body. A white head forms to just over one finger with pretty good retention. The frothy cap falls to a medium ring leaving a few big sheets of lace as well as spots and webs.

S- Mostly zesty citrus hops with bitter orange peel and grapefruit coming to mind. Yeast is just about clean and there is just a hint of fresh cracked base grains.

T- Bitter citrus zest driving the flavor and carrying over nicely from the aroma with grapefruit and orange in the forefront. A resinous pine element opens up with some floral notes as well. Just a hint of malt sweets for me with a clean yeast profile.

MF- Light-medium bodied with a smooth creaminess and a crisp overall feel. Carbonation is puffy and smooth at a fairly high level. Finishes with a medium-high bitterness especially for 5.9%.

No gripes about this one from me. Delivers a fairly bitter, aggressive citrus hop profile atop clean yeast and just a tad of malts backing it all up.

This is my go-to for local IPAs. Consistent, hoppy, delicious, sessionable. Yes.
