Had this on-tap at the Ledo's Pizza right across the street.

Served in a pint.

A: Poured a little more than slightly chill-hazed, golden in color, and with about a 1/3 finger head.

S: Nice piney component, which I totally wasn't expecting based on the reviews. Also, this had a nice fruit component as well. Bitter... nice.

T: Again, much more hop forward than I was expecting, Hoppy and piney, with a slight bit of clean linen mixed in.

M: Fresh, fresh, fresh! Bitter, plant-like, and with just the right amount of sweetness. Nice carbonation bill.

O: Underestimated in my area around every turn. I'll definitely have this again and recommend in to my friends.

Tried straight from bottle and poured into a glass. Pours a clean golden orange color with ample effervescence and a substantial, foamy head. Pink grapefruit and grassy aroma is bolder from the glass than from the bottle, but still fairly subdued. Bitter pine and grapefruit notes hit the front of the tongue hard, but coat the remainder more favorably as a subtly sweet malt flavor becomes apparent before quickly dissipating.

Near straight gold pour with 2 fingers of near white head. Decent retention and nice lace coverage over the back half of the glass.

Nose is bread malt citrus/herbal hop mix. The hops are fairly light and don't balance enough against the stronger malt.

Hops make a stronger presence in the taste, with the same herbal/citrus mix. A bit more herbs than fruit. Finish is fairly dry, though there is a residual fruity sweetness that comes through.

Feel is surprisingly a bit on the thick side, with a nice oily hop feel.

Overall, worth a shot but not one I'd seek out again.

Poured into a pint glass from a 12oz bottle

A - Very light in color with a head that pours thin but sticks around for the entire beer..

S - Not a huge hop nose by any means. A clean, crisp, citrusy hop smell is apparent but faint.

T - Great tasting single IPA. At 5.9% it has a great flavor and abv that is light enough for a heavy session and tasty enough to know your drinking a quality beer. Citrusy hop taste with a little bit of maltyness on the back end.

M - Good carbonation with a slightly dry finish. Feels light in your mouth and doesn't leave you with that sweet, wet aftertaste higher abv brews do.

O - Great, easy drinking IPA. This beer is good at what its trying to be.
