A- slightly hazy (cold) pale orange, very pretty under light. Nice cream head, nice lace.
S- initially citrusy hops, bready sweet malt, finishes off with a nice resinous/spicy hop bite, a little fusel alcohol
T- almost the same as the smell yet inverse, pine/spice on some slightly toasted bread, finishing off with very clean citrusy bitterness, grapefruit rind and orange marmalade
M- strikes a nice balance between the super dry west coast and sweet east coast, dried out sufficiently to let the hops sing but not so much as to become thin or acidic. Could have used slightly more carbonation to bring hops through the whole drink, but that could have thinned it out too
O- this is the best beer to come out of Lift Bridge, it is very well crafted and makes me think these guys are here to stay
