A: Pours a cloudy orange color with about a half inch of head that disappears slowly. There is a lot of lacing left when the head does disappear. Carbonation bubbles can be seen rising to the top of the beer throughout the entire tasting.
S: Strong citrus and pine aromas balanced slightly with sweet maltiness.
T: Strongly bittered beer. Citrus and piny hops hit the palate first and are the strongest flavors. There is not much balance but the taste is so good.
M: Medium bodied beer with good carbonation.
Overall, this is an awesome beer, it will find a home in my fridge

Has a bright, fresh aroma with some light citrus notes and some pine and resin. The malt has a sweet note that stays in the back, but is present. There is also a light peppery character. At first the pine and resin notes dominate in the hop flavor, but as it warms the citrus comes out more. The finish is crisp with a light oxydized note. Overall, this one was a pleasant IPA.

Lift Bridge Hop Dish
Poured from a 12 oz bottle into Samuel Adams perfect pint glass. Served chilled...
A) Darker amber with a finger of head. This settles to a dusting. There was some nice lacing.
S) Light tropical fruit sweetness, pineapple and mango. Mostly an earthy hop aroma.
T) Follows the nose... The flavor is better as this one warms up a bit. Tropical fruit is a quick hitter in the flavor, as I found it mainly to be grassy/earthy hops dominating, with some citrus rind on the backend. The alcohol is well hidden.
M) Medium bodied with a nice moderate carbonation level. Finishes dry with bitter rind. Decent aftertaste.
O) This is a decent brew, but in a world of wonderful IPAs to choose from, it's unlikely I'll drink this one again anytime soon.
