One of the better MN IPA's. Well brewed with a complex aroma that has staying power. Excellent flavor, complex but drinkable. A good example of how well made IPA'S do not have to be palate wreckers while still delivering the goods. Would hold up well to Racer 5.

Very good APA that is dangerously drinkable.

A: Pours a nice amber with a thick, one finger head. Plenty lacing.

S: Hops, grapefruit, spicy.

T: Citrus, floral and spicy hops. Bitter on the front and back end.

M: Light with a good amount of carbonation. Very drinkable.

D: Not as much flavor as others, but overall very well done beer. Bought it on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Worth picking some up. Goes down very well, almost too well.

Received as an extra from nicow5- thanks man! Pours a brilliant clear gold with nice white head, spotty lace, and good retention. Nose is full of piney hops. Definitely a west coast inspired IPA reminiscent of SNPA. Strong notes of pine, resin, wood, and overall dank notes. The taste isn't nearly as bitter as the nose would lead me to believe. It balances quite well with some breaded malts combining with hops and an emphasis on the pine at the back end. Mouthfeel is light bodied and moderately carbonated. This is incredibly easy drinking for its ABV. Nice forward hop profile with delicate balance.

Thanks to drewone for sharing this one at Wowcoolman's tasting.

Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy orange-tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and grapefruit juice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is basic but tasty.

Serving type: bottle.

Twelve ounce bottle shared by Andrew - thanks.

A: Pours a hazy yellow with a half-inch thick white head which fades slowly and yields some spots of lace.

N: Fruity citrus and sweetish malts, floral.

T: Mostly sweet malts with orange and citrusy fruits.

M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. Finishes semi-dry and sem-bitter with a somewhat sticky feel.

O: Good and enjoyed.
