Appearance: Clear light straw color. Lots of lacing. 1/2" of foam.
Smell: Light floral hops and bread aroma. Very recognizable as a pilsner style.
Taste: It's bitter from start to finish but it's a very pleasant bitterness. It has the nice lager yeast flavor of a pilsner.
Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel, not light or tingly. Nicely dry throughout with a dry spicy finish.
A very drinkable beer. The availability of this beer seems limited. We found it on tap at the Groveland in St. Paul a couple days ago.
