There are two entries for this place... this one, "Ørsted Ølbar Og Café" and "Ørsted Ølbar & Cafe"... one's in Danish and one's in English... both are technically correct and address are the same.
They have 13 beers on tap and 185 in the bottle. Right on a nice corner next to a big park, they offer outdoor seating during the warm months. Atmosphere is cool inside with a game area, couch seating, and lots of 75cL beer bottles serving as make-shift candlestick holders.
Bartender was friendly and helped me find something local to try that suited my tastes. He offered up several samples in the process.
Do check the opening times before you go as they open up a little later than some people might be used to.

This was my first stop on my four beer beer crawl, not a bad place to start with. Its across the street from a nice park and has some good outdoor seating...Nice taps about 10, all local, with a huge beer list. I asked the server for a recommendation and he gave me a great one to start off the first drink of the day on a hot summer's day. He really knew what he was talking about...The quality of the beer was really nice, huge selection. The beer menu was really good was it was first catergorized by style of beer and country of origin, then at the back just listed all the beers in alphabetical order. I only stayed for one drink here because I was ending my trip out of cash and didn't want to go the atm machine, as they only accept Danish credit cards.
Good place to go to, worth stopping by but make sure you have CASH if you're an American.

Stopped in here for a few drinks during a brief stay in Copenhagen.
Atmosphere is very cool - one of the best pub atmpsheres in Copenhagen in my opinion. After walking down a few stairs you're met an L with some dimly lit seating along the right wall along with a bar further down. Down the left wall is a foosball table and a dartboard and further down a hall with the bathrooms. Windows are on the outside of the bar so people walking by are visible. Old bottles line the top of the bar along with a chalkboard showing the selections. And Johnny Cash was playing, in Copenhagen, which was nice.
Quality was good - again, as with most places the glassware selection is basic but gets the job done. Temperatures and pours are both good.
Service is very good. We didn't wait long at all to order drinks and the bartender was able to answer a few of my more esoteric questions with no problems. The bartender was also very friendly, as I found most Danish are.
Selection is very good. All ten taps I remember were local breweries, but the bottle list had a nice selection of local beers that are harder to come by, as well as a good deal of Belgian and American beers. I'd probably say there bottle list contained roughly 100 beers.
Value is good - one of the cheaper places visited for drinks in Copenhagen.
Overall I enjoyed this place for the atmosphere and the large number of local beers on-tap. Probably my second choice of locales in Copenhagen, second only to Mikkeller.

Stopped in a couple of times, but my review is based on a visit on a late Saturday afternoon.
Atmosphere was pretty good, and darn near quiet when I stopped in, but that was too be expected given the time of day for my visit.
Loads of table seating, and 15 or so seats at the bar. Had a pool table in an adjoining room, and was a pretty roomy place. Odd collection of furniture, and kinda like a brushed up dive feel to the place, which was great in my opinion. Couple of flat screens, and looked like they had a DJ setup for later nights.
Anyway, more importantly the beer...great selection. Had bottles of Alesmith, Port Brewing, and a variety of other U.S.-based brews, which I can't even get in NY/NJ in the U.S. Loads of bottled Belgians (all Trappists represented minus Westvleteren). Good lineup of Danish micros as well...Mikkeller and Herslev for example.
Service was prompt and curteous, and spot on. Overall, this is definitely a great place to check out, and highly recommend it. Very cool joint with a great selection.
