I stopped into the new store in Kalamazoo IT 'S HUGE! The craft beer selection is overwhelming and the staff gave small town feel, very nice and willing to help. Best single bottle selection I have ever seen. I tell everyone about this place, its a destination.

I stopped in to Mega Bev on a trip throught Battle Creek on 8/11/2012. One of the things that attracted me to the store is their fantastic website.

Mega Bev is clean and well organized. They had many of the Michigan micros such as Shorts, Arcadia, and Frankenmuth. I even found a supply of Stoudt's. The employees were friendly and spoke to me about the beer. He even looked up inventory on the computer for me. This was a big plus. Though not perfect, the selection was very noteworthy.

I give metaphorical bonus points to Mega Bev for stocking B.Nektar Mead.

My girlfriend's parents live in BC so I was only here for a quick trip on a Saturday night. It has the typical liquor store feel, but they've got a pretty solid selection of local craft brews. Most of their craft selection from around the country consisted of what you would expect to be coming out of the more well known craft breweries like Rogue, Stone, New Belgium and Sierra Nevada.

I was looking for Plead the 5th, a brew from Dark Horse (only 10 minutes from the store) and one of their staff was more than willing to help me find the number to the brewery once she realized it was out of stock. The next time I'm in BC, I'll definitely be heading back when I'm looking for something good to sip on.

The only good store within miles of Battle Creek with a respectable selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Every visit they have something new. I can't go in the place without someone asking if I need help, and they are more than accommodating. I asked about a beer that they didn't have in stock and the clerk told me he would ask the distributor and see if they could get some. It wasn't but a couple of days later when I spotted it on their shelves. Their six-packs run a dollar or two more than, say, a supermarket, but they also have much more to chose from than the super stores.

This place is a well stocked, pretty typical Michigan style "Party store". Plenty of wine and booze, but you are interested in the beer, aren't you. Its just off of the main road, strip mall kinda setting,"look behind Taco bell" I was told and so I did. No mixed sixes (boo). you will find plenty of Bells, Jolly P, Founders, Stone, Leelanau, Great Divide, Rogue, Great Lakes, Dark Horse, Arcadia, Shiner, New Holland, Avery, Lagunitas, Stel Head, Arbor brewing, also relatively minor collections of some typical Brit, German and Belgian imports. Clean, new looking, well lit kinda place, worth a visit if in the area and in need of some of the quality Michigan Brewers finest beer offerings.
