This is the best store if you are on the strip. Beats Lee's hands down ( they have more stores, but lack in every way imaginable ). This store isn't terribly bad to get to, but it isn't very easy, either.

The big plusses are that the selection is consistently good, and the guy who runs this department seems to actually care about the selections. They get all the hard to get items in the distro, but be prepared for them to get picked up quickly, as you're competing with tourists as well as locals for them. Somehow this store manages to not be held for ransom by the distributors and is always well stocked and clean. Help is hit or miss as is the way with Whole Foods everywhere.

If in the area, well worth stopping at.

Good selections. Found not only locals but a couple that don't hit Colorado. Best thing to note is the SDX Stripe and Downtown Express (The Deuce) stop right in front of it. If you are staying on the Strip or even in the Fremont area, buy the 24 hr pass (or the longer 3 day) to move about the strip and then use it to head South to Whole Foods.

Loved this place. As far as selection goes, it was right up there with the Total Wine las vegas I visited earlier in the day, but with more Belgian beers. Prices weren't bad and almost all of the beer is refrigerated. I met their beer guy Chris and he was super helpful and really knows his stuff. He spent a good 30 minutes helping me and discussing various beers. If you go, make sure he is in that day. I actually walked here from the Venetian/Palazzo - it was quite the walk in the hot sun, but it only took about an hour. I cabbed back for 20$. If you're in the area, check this place out.

First off, it’s a Whole Foods. Generally speaking I can’t afford to grocery shop at WF but I will go here for beer. For better or worse you should know what to expect when you come here—organic foods and high, high prices. But—and here’s the thing—their beer selection is solid, far better than I expected for Vegas and with more variety than some of the other WF stores I have visited. Since their beer selection is priced the same (as far as I could tell) as it is chainwide you are basically getting beers here for half the price you’d pay on the strip. If, of course, you could find a place that carried craft brew. (I didn’t get the name but I found a place in one of the casino/hotel/shopping centers which had some impressive craft beers. All priced 2 to 3 times what I’d expect to pay for them, of course.) Best part of this WF, however, is their selection—I picked up some Fantome, Stillwater, and Ballast Point brews, along with locally produced Tenaya Creek. And that was just to get me through the weekend.

Passed by here on a recent trip to Vegas, about a ~15min drive from the top of the strip (we had stayed at Treasure Island for reference). Typical Whole Foods atmosphere, pricey but quality foods, although I didn't venture around the store much outside the beer section. Quite a good selection all around, lots of local Nevada stuff (Tenaya) as well as other Southwestern breweries (Squatters, Uinta) among many others from the general area. Lots of Stillwater and Mikkeller in terms on Scandinavian stuff. Singles are available. Prices are a bit steep (some of the pricier bottles ran up to $20 - which is what they were selling the Bruery's Cuir for), but not unexpected - thankfully I had a some decent winnings at the casino the night prior, so this wasn't an annoyance. No real service in the beer section (I was there at around 10am on a Tuesday, and I'm not sure how well the section is represented regularly). Quick and efficient check out, solid and pretty impressive all around - I'd certainly revisit this if I were close to the Strip again.

I was on vacation in Las Vegas last week and wanted to pick up some beer on the way to my hotel. So I stopped off at this Whole Foods and went to the beer section. They had a nice selection of Firestone Walker and a few other beers that I have a hard time getting in NYC. But the best part of this place is the service. This really nice guy (I think his name is Chris) asked me where I was from and then started suggesting different beers for me to try. Beers that are not available in NYC (Black Butte porter, etc..). But what makes me give this place a high grade, is that the nice guy who works there tells me to hold on... and then walks out of the back room with a bottle of Firestone Walker Parabola. One of my holy grails and it was only $14.99. The whole foods beer selection is on par with other whole foods, but the service is absolutely outstanding. You should stop by this place if in Las Vegas. Get some beer for your hotel room!

First stop on my Vegas beer shopping trip. WF is conveniently located about a mile from the McCarran Car Rental Center a mile or so south of the strip.

The beer aisle is pretty typical of what I have seen in other West Coast Whole Foods. One longish aisle with a very high proportion of locals and high quality American crafts and imports. Most, though not all 12 oz selections were available in singles or six packs. I was able to make a couple of mixed sixers of local Las Vegas breweries I was unfamiliar with. A nice selection of New Belgium, including Lips of Faith Imperial Berlinerweisse which my wife loves. Plenty of the Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary series, the first sighting I had of Lukcy Basratd (or however it's misspelled), some Deschutes (nothing super special though). Some good international selections as well, though nothing I can't easily get at home.

Checkers were pleasant. Prices were reasonable.

To my surprise (and disappointment) this was the best stop of my trip. I usually find WF to be a good spot to grab a couple beers but do most of my shopping at a beer store. But not this trip. Glad I grabbed as much as I did here.

This is the Whole Foods in Town Square which is between the airport and Mandalay Bay.

I stopped by for the first time on my recent trip out to LV and hit this place on the way to the strip from the airport. There is this weird looking ramp that you use to enter the complex if you are coming from the airport. And if you are coming from the other direction it is shortly after the Bali Hai golf club on the right.

The selection of beers in here was extremely solid. They had all the beers that are available in LV that I can't get at home like Firestone Walker, Deschutes, Big Sky, and a few local ones that I had never even heard of. They also have a fine selection of DFH, Stone, New Belgium, etc. Also, plenty of styles available by many of these craft breweries as well.

I picked up a 12 pack of Deschutes Mirror Pond and a six of FW-double barrel. Quality on the beers was fine. Prices in here were about what you would expect. Not a great bargain but certainly not out of line at all. Service was friendly although I only dealt with the cashier at check out. It is definitely a good idea to hit this spot on the way to the strip as the little mom and pop beer stores on the strip are a rip off and have a severely lacking selection.

A nice and fairly reliable selection of craft bottles not too far from the strip. Very handy to pick up something worthy as one goes through Las Vegas.

Despite some minor local variations this is an average Wholefoods with their expected quality organic foods, fancy selections, and a good craft beer section. Sure enough they take good care of the expected macros but there is a significant and dedicated selection of craft beers. Six-packs, bombers, and actually a pretty nice range of single 12 oz bottles that are very convenient to try stuff that one does not find so often in other places. For instance I find very little if any Deschutes or New Belgium beers in most of my regular spots around Washington DC. Going through Vegas and having a chance to try some of this is very welcome.

Sure enough there are other places around Vegas worth the visit beer wise, but this one is reliable and convenient for what it is.

Dropped by here a few times after work. It's located in the Town Square shopping area.

This is a typical sized Whole Foods Market, yet the beer selection seems a bit larger than most. Of course there are the usual macros, but also a solid offering of smaller brewers and imports.

This was the first place I'd seen the Hitachino Nest New Year Celebration Ale, as well as the first place I'd seen Anchor's 2008 Special Ale.

Service has been good. Usually I'm there no more than a few minutes until someone offers assistance.

Prices are in line with most places. Sometimes the more common beers (Sierra Nevada, Rogue etc.) can be found a dollar or two cheaper elsewhere, but some of the harder to find beers seem a buck or two cheaper here, so I guess it all balances out.

Overall, it's a nice Whole Foods that happens to be on my way home from work. Otherwise, I prefer to go to the Whole Foods on Green Valley Parkway, due to the service there (Bob, a BA member) works there and has always been friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful) as well as stocking a few favorites such as Fantome which is not available at the Las Vegas Blvd store.

If you're visiting Vegas and want to stay on the strip, this is a nice place to pick up a few beers that may not be available in your neck of the woods.
