12 oz bottle poured into a Sprecher nonic. No date or info.
A - The moderate pour gave off a solid three-finger, cloud-white head with good retention and sheets of lace caking the sides of the glass. The beer is a pale golden straw yellow that's totally clear.
S - Aromatic lemon and resin citrusy hops come from the bottle giving the aroma a good hop nose and mildness that balances well with the pale malts and dry straw backing. A little green earthy touch.
T - Bland pale malts and straw are thankfully overtaken by mild earthy hops. A bit of lemon citrus mixes with resin and a low level of earthiness. Meh.
M - Thin and light-bodied, it's nothing special. Carbonation is high in this one and a light dry, bitter finish is expected but it doesn't exceed.
D - I could drink this all day. It's not offensive at all but it just lacks a malt backbone to the hops that fade from aroma to flavor. Ok but not one of Milwaukee's better brews.
