A: clear golden colour, descent head for a lambic
S: obviously apple, some yeast
T: apple juice, alot of sugar, but still some acidity is thereµ
M: medium body, low carbonation
O: A pleasant beer, not as sweet as most of the beers in the style, which is a good thing. No complexity but you don't really expect anything more.

12oz bottle into matching Lindemans tulip glass.
A: Pours a clear apple juice golden with a thick, and frothy bright white head. Sheets of impressive stick lace was left down the glass.
S: Cheesy notes of funk mixed well with sweet and dry notes of green and golden apples. The yeast adds a nice gym sock funkiness. Thankfully not as cloying smelling as some of the other flavors.
T: Apple is green and tart, but there’s still that characteristic Lindemans candy sweetness to the flavor. In other words, this reminds me of apple hard candies. The funky yeast from the nose is all but overshadowed by the sweet and lightly tart apple juice. Sweet sugar lingers long after the swallow.
M: Medium-full body, viscous, almost syrupy or greasy mouthfeel. Carbonation is low and soft, and lightens up the mouthfeel a touch. Drinks well and finished fairly crisp despite the sweetness.
O: One of the more preferable flavors in my opinion. Still way to sweet for me to drink regularly. I gave the second half of the bottle to my unknowing wife, who as if on cue exclaimed: “It’s like a jolly rancher!”
