Appearance - Looks like an apple cider, yellow-amber and hazy but with a little more of an orange or copper hue. White frothy head that has medium-low retention.
Smell - Aged peach smell, slightly floral, somewhat grassy.
Taste - Very sweet, not sickly sweet. No detectable alcohol. Only a very slight bitterness in the finish. Almost none to speak of.
Mouthfeel - Perfect about of carbonation and body. Very refreshing.
Drinkability - Not a session beer. Then again, most lambics aren't. However, it's a perfect dessert or brunch beer.
