Poured from a bottle into a flute. I intentionally poured a big head. Big bubbles are sticking to the side of the flute in the Peche body. Streams of tiny bubbles are flowing up from the bottom straight through the center causing the head to remain about 0.250" around the periphery. Very delicate. Nice laces. Body is slightly hazy and the color is like dark balsa. Head is white and also delicate.
Smells a bit like peach and a bit like Asti. Tastes like very sweet peach champagne. Not dry at all. Has some floral or rosy traces. Also, I get some mixed tropical fruit tastes. Overall pleasant taste. I like it.
Feels very light bodied, very cold, and of tiny bubbles.
Good and drinkable. I only buy singles of this, one at a time but very drinkable none the less.
