12 ounce bottle with multiple layers of protection (corked, capped, cap and neck covered with golden foil), poured into a tulip yields a bright sunny-orange body topped with two fingers of white foam that diminishes to a ring and leaves patches of lacing.

Smell is chemically perfumey and peachy with a note of rice vinegar, cider and a whiff of the muddy crawlspace under a moldy leather-walled hut. A little scary at first, but it grows on me.

Sweet and peachy with a nice tanginess and that same wonderfully drinkable funk that mostly vanishes either as the drink warms, or as my palate finally accepts that it's not sampling some weird toxin....

Nice and crisp, tingly, good carbonation.

Poured a deep gold with some bubbles on top
Smell was of sweet peaches
Taste was good. It was sweet but not sickeningly sweet. There was a nice amount of peach flavor. Like a peach pie not like a raw peach if that makes sense.
Mouthfeel was a bit too carbonated but not enough to make it bad...just mediocre
Drinkability was ok... i liked the flavor and even though it was not overly sweet the sweetness might get to you after a few of these and the carbonation definately detracts.

Deinitley a good beer, not too swell on the head retention, however an intricate lacing to follow.

The taste of peach blended very well with the aged lambic, and liek other tradition fruited lambic's, it was truly clear why lambic brewers stick to the2se fruits to begin with.

It was hard to tell where the peach stopped and the beer began. GREAT WORK. One of my favorite aspects of drinking lambics is simply being confused and thrown around in an ocean of creativity.

Pours well ... the colour of peach juice. light orangy with a hint of red. No real head to speak of, but it bubbles up like a nice sparkling wine. Aroma is very fruity, with just the slightest hint of a sour note. Taste is tart and of sweet peaches, almost in a canned peach sort of way. There is just a note of lambic sourness that creeps in and helps this from being cloying. Mouthfeel is good nicely carbonated which helps it from being too too sweet. Drinkability is a little above average. A bit too sweet. This would be a one and done apertif or dessert beer. Sweeter and less tart than the raspberry which lessens the drinkability

poored a slightly cloudy orange tinted amber with much fizz and bubbles that soon faded to nil
Smell is of a cider nature with apples and a hint of peach poking in
taste is like a champagne but sweeter with apples and peach leading
feels very nice in the mouth, can feel carbonation bouncing on the tongue ( although it lacks an appearance )
Very drinkable think a session champagne minus the dryness and bubbles

Can you say Peach?

This beer pours a transparent (with slight haze) honey yellow color with a moderate to large head of moreate size bubbles. There is a lot of carbonation coming off- the head looks "ragged" (not as pretty) as some I've seen because of it. The aroma is peach soda like, with a rich, syrupy smell, including a slightly organic (wet earth, mossy) aroma hidden below the surface. The flavor is dominated by a very fruity soda-sweet with honey backflavor. I had a Peach Cobbler dessert the night before, and there were a lot of similarities in this beer. It's not really very beer-like- more cider/fruit juice (Hansen's) than beer. It's a nice change of pace to have, but I couldn't drink it often. Note: my girlfriend hates beer of all types, but she actually likes this stuff (and the Framboise too).

Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. In the aroma, sugary, tart peach skin. In the taste, quite sugary and small tartness of peach skin. A small tart bite, but mainly smooth and medium to lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a small dry tart peach skin in the aftertaste. Kind of like a gummy peach ring, and it is line smell, taste, and aftertaste all the way through.

Tried this at Gigs in London. Poured a clear orange/pinkish colour, just like a peach. This one tasted like a jolly rancher as well, with a bit more apple coming through then peach in the flavour. Its pretty crazy how much fruit flavour they got in this though. Interesting beer.

This beer appeared an apricot orange with a medium/small white head.

The smell had sweet aromas of peach and a slight bit of malt. The taste was sweet, fruity, and tart. There was a hint of malt flavor, but it was buried beneath the sweetness. Fruit flavors of peach dominated here. The consistency was rich and sweet, and the carbonation was medium.

This was a tasty desert beer. I'm not an expert on lambics, so it was hard to detect any flavors from the yeasts used. I found that many non-beer drinkers enjoyed this, but I found it to be a bit sweet for my taste as well as pricey in a lot of areas. Well brewed, nonetheless. Give it a try!

Lindemans Peche pours a color somewhere near burnt amber and copper with a decent amount of clarity, save for a bit of haze in the middle of the glass. The head pillows up quite large; eggshell in color and crackling as it quickly recedes to a mere skin that blankets the peach brew.

I've gotta say, the aroma of this one is much funkier than all of the other Lindemans fruit lambics that I've tried. Huge rounds of yeast, cork, must, damp cellar, barnyard, and just overall funk invade the nostrils with a surprising poignancy. The peaches come through pretty strong as well; juicy, tart peaches and apples skins mix well with the funk.

Some underlying sweet malt and soft wheat outline the rougher edges of the aromatic profile and balance things out just a bit more. I'm pretty excited to finally bring this one to my lips, as I love peaches, and this definitely has the best nose of all the Lindemans lambics. The funk really surprised me, and I can't wait to finally try it.

Unfortunately, I'm a bit let down by the flavor. The strongest thing I taste is not the funk of the yeast or the tart of the peach - it's a residual-like, sugary sweetness that immediately breaches your palate and confiscates all other flavors. It still tastes like peaches, but sugar-coated, exceedingly-sweet peaches, rather than tart and sour peaches, which is kind of what I was hoping for.

I guess there's a light tartness at the start, but it's VERY light and gets quickly overtaken by the sweetness. Funk is much less noticeable, although some vinous oak and tannin notes pop out that weren't relevant on the nose - so that's certainly a plus. The aftertaste is full of sweet peaches and a touch of oak. I really wish the funk was as heavy on the palate as it was in the aroma, but sadly - it is not. Crisp mouth feel, dry, heavy carbonation.

If this thing tasted closer to how it smelled, it would have been awesome. A tart, funk peach-fest, but by aroma only. The taste lead on to a much sweeter, sugary style of peaches that still tasted fine, but could easily wear down a palate (or even a sweet tooth). More funk, more tart, and less sweet is the key. For some strange reason, my nose was pleased but my taste buds were not.

Typically lambic, a little hazy, effervescent and bubbly. Aroma is peachy and has that usual lambic musty note. Flavor is quite tasty, peach comes through well as does typical lambic malt flavors and that kinda old musty classic lambic flavor. I've enjoyed each of this brewery's lambics that I've tried so far, and this one is no exception.
