355ml corked capped and foiled bottle. Poured into a pint glass. Slightly hazy light amber with a bubbly thin head that soon disappeared.

Smelled of musty fruit with some sour notes. Milt fruity flavour. Somewhat undifferentiated. Mildly tart at the end with a sweet finish.

Medium body. The carbonation balances the taste well. Not bad overall. Not one of Lindemans stronger offerings. Overly sweet for me, although some might prefer it. Kind of a turned down fruit lambic with turned up sweetness.

Poured into a Williamsburg Winery wine glass.

A: Pours a slightly cloudy amber color, with a 1.5 finger white head, featuring average retention and good lacing.

S: Very strong peach, some funk, and a bit of a noble aspect.

T: There isn't much to the beer apart from peach and tartness. Despite only consisting of a couple notes, both flavors here are pulled off well. Very easy to drink.

M: Light bodied, with an incredibly smooth finish. Lots of carbonation and very refreshing.

O: This is great for someone who doesn't like beer. I don't love this, but it's pretty good.

(Poured into a tapered strange)

A- This beer pours a bright crystal clear copper hue with a thin wisp of white foam that is perfectly smooth and then soon gone. There is a sea of microbubbles racing to the surface.

S- The in your face peach perfume aroma has hints of butterscotch that take on more of a light caramel syrup quality as the beer warms. There is a touch of white cheese rind and honey in the finish.

T- This beer is full of sweet peach flavor that is bright and artificial. The sweetness lingers and there is not much underneath that flavor.

M- The light mouthfeel has a scrubbing fizz in the finish with no alcohol heat noticed.

O- The peach flavor is so darn sweet but it is not as syrupy thanks to the big fizz. There isn't much depth in this beer but it is not really offensive to drink. However one is enough.

12 fl oz bottle served in a weizen glass, reviewed live:

A - Pours a transparent orange golden color, with a white 2 finger head of decent retention. The head's a bit soapy and leaves nice lacing as it recedes.

S - Nice tart peach, bacteria, sour notes, and nice yeast. The nose is it bit funky, but pleasant all together.

T - Follows the nose closely. Fresh peach dominates. It's more tart than sour, and got nsome bacterial notes that balance the sweetness of the fruit and pale malt well.

M - Medium bodied, a bit syrupy, crisp and dry on the finish.

D - Great lambic. It's well built and balanced, fairly priced, good quality, and widely available. I'll have this again.

12 fl oz / 355 ml brown glass bottle with pressure cap over cork served into a Brown Palace mini-hefeweissbier glass in high altitude Castle Rock, Colorado. Reviewed live.

A: Pours a two finger head of light cream, okay thickness, and average retention - though the ABV is low. Colour is a clear gold.

Sm: Light sourness and yeast, bacteria, with some funk overshadowed by peach. Very pleasant and inviting. Maybe slight apple.

T: Peach and sourness, with a cidery apple-esque finish. Very nicely balanced, without too much sourness to compromise the balance. Not too yeasty. No alcohol comes through (not that I expected it to at 4.00%). Not extract based like some bad lambics. Well built for its aims.

Mf: Smooth and wet, with a more lightly dry and coarse finish. Near perfect considering the flavours.

Dr: Very drinkable: ALL GIRLS LOVE THIS BEER (and Allagash White). I'd definitely have it again; it may be best out of the bottle rather than on draught. It's a bit too cidery - especially on the finish - but it is a refreshing little beer.

Enjoyed in a snifter

A: pours a yellow-orange color. Pours with roughly 1" head with a creamish color. Lots of lacing.

S: smell is very sweet. Strongest scent is obviously the peach.

T: very good flavor. Starts off very sweet and peachy and finishes tarty. Not too carbonated.

M: due to the changes in flavor and acidity this beer keeps the palate awake. Not to juicy, not too carbonated, easy to drink.

Overall, I like this lambic. As stated it is not too juicy but not too carbonated. It has a strong sweet peach flavor and combined with the tarty finish makes it very enjoyable.Has well balanced flavor.
