I have had this beer several times at Tap Works in OKC and also poured from bottle at home. Both are pleasing but it is much better on tap.
For this review I am reviewing poured from a bottle into a Pint glass.

A- Pale Orange, slightly cloudy. With a perfect poor it gives a 1 finger off white head that quickly dissipates with slight lacing.

S- Peaches are the most prominent scent. Wet hay in the background, maybe some stale cardboard. A slight funk that smells really good with everything else.

T- Sweet peaches, Grass, Bitter almost lemony taste, and that funk that really makes me want to take another drink.

M- Over carbonated. Almost burns my mouth from the fizz. This is the only thing I wish was different.

O- Overall, I rate this beer at a 4.o. If the carbonation was a little lighter This would easily get a 4.5. I can't rate at a 5 because even though this is a great beer, it's not something that I can drink everyday. It's a once or twice a year drink.

750ml bottle

Pours clear gold with a two inch head of settling white fluff. Tattered curtains of lacing throughout the glass and a partial skim coat.

Aromatics lead off with a blast of peaches and a hint of ginger. A hint of wet hay follows through.

Light bodied with a crisp, tacky mouthfeel.

Peaches, peach juice, and peach syrup start the palate. Sweet and fruity with zero bitterness and no tartness. Tastes like peach soda.

Finishes with lingering sweet peaches.
A sweet, peachy concoction but in no way resembles a lambic.

Green glass 355 ml bottle, capped, corked, and foiled. After the cork popped, there were no immediately evident odours (unlike other flavours of lambic from the same brewery). After a proper pour, at a chilled 40 degrees, there was a rather lackluster 1 finger, quickly dissipating head that gave way to a thin layer of lacy foam. Below the foam resides a clear peach ring orange brew with small, but plentiful, champagne-like bubbles.

The smell after poured can almost be equated to that of a tart grape juice, or sour grape skins with an afterthought of peach skins.

This lambic is not so much sweet, but instead very tart. Think champagne with a hint of peach skin. It's tartness goes so far as to have hints of lemon in it. A bit of funkiness is detected as an aftertaste, but not in an unpleasant way. There was no noticeable bitterness in any stage of the drink.

High carbonation is noticed on the tongue along with sweetness on the lips. The balance of carbonation and tartness make it a bright, fruity beer with a wet finish.

Overall, it's an excellent beer to go with more food selections than other lambics. Strongly recommend to those who are not a fan of young, bitter hops in their drinks.

this is my first lambic. poured into palm glass

A-looks pretty good. pours a nice golden orange. pretty clear. not much head.

S-peaches hits the nose upon opening. very sweet. smells sort of like a peach cup. not much else to this one.

T-very sweet. definitely getting the peaches, and lots of them. not really any hops. mostly just a sweet peachy malt. pretty simple.

MF-medium body. not a ton of carbonation, pretty well balanced.

O-this is pretty good. a bit to sugary. drinks more like a wine cooler. wouldn't mind having again though. look forward to trying some more flavors.

Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. In the aroma, sugary, tart peach skin. In the taste, quite sugary and small tartness of peach skin. A small tart bite, but mainly smooth and medium to lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a small dry tart peach skin in the aftertaste. Kind of like a gummy peach ring, and it is line smell, taste, and aftertaste all the way through.

Enjoyed this 750ml bottle out of a large snifter glass.

A: Pours a clear copper-orange color with a white 2-finger head that quickly dissipates into a wispy lace.

S: Sweet and tangy peach aroma fills the nostrils.

T: This is a very sweet beer – almost like a wine cooler. Peaches are definitely dominate throughout this beer.

M: Medium body and medium carbonation

O: This was an impressive lambic. It was a little too sweet for my liking but enjoyable nonetheless. With that being said I don’t think I could have had more than one of these.

355ml corked capped and foiled bottle. Poured into a pint glass. Slightly hazy light amber with a bubbly thin head that soon disappeared.

Smelled of musty fruit with some sour notes. Milt fruity flavour. Somewhat undifferentiated. Mildly tart at the end with a sweet finish.

Medium body. The carbonation balances the taste well. Not bad overall. Not one of Lindemans stronger offerings. Overly sweet for me, although some might prefer it. Kind of a turned down fruit lambic with turned up sweetness.

Poured into a Williamsburg Winery wine glass.

A: Pours a slightly cloudy amber color, with a 1.5 finger white head, featuring average retention and good lacing.

S: Very strong peach, some funk, and a bit of a noble aspect.

T: There isn't much to the beer apart from peach and tartness. Despite only consisting of a couple notes, both flavors here are pulled off well. Very easy to drink.

M: Light bodied, with an incredibly smooth finish. Lots of carbonation and very refreshing.

O: This is great for someone who doesn't like beer. I don't love this, but it's pretty good.

(Poured into a tapered strange)

A- This beer pours a bright crystal clear copper hue with a thin wisp of white foam that is perfectly smooth and then soon gone. There is a sea of microbubbles racing to the surface.

S- The in your face peach perfume aroma has hints of butterscotch that take on more of a light caramel syrup quality as the beer warms. There is a touch of white cheese rind and honey in the finish.

T- This beer is full of sweet peach flavor that is bright and artificial. The sweetness lingers and there is not much underneath that flavor.

M- The light mouthfeel has a scrubbing fizz in the finish with no alcohol heat noticed.

O- The peach flavor is so darn sweet but it is not as syrupy thanks to the big fizz. There isn't much depth in this beer but it is not really offensive to drink. However one is enough.
