Poured from a bottle into a champagne flute.
A:Pours a dark purple red. A nice light pink head graces the top, fizzling out quickly to a delicate lace that lingers across the top of the liquid.
S: Smells strongly of raspberries. Sweet, deep. Rich malt rounds out the sweet and acidic nose.
T: Raspberries, raspberries, and raspberries. Sweetness hits the tongue first, quickly followed by fruity acidic bitterness that wraps around the sides of the tongue. The malt is extremely hard to taste.
M: Light and highly carbonated. Overly sweet and sower for my taste - like sucking on a jolly rancher.
O: An extremely fruity champagne-like drink. Not nearly complex enough to stand on its own, unleses you are just looking for a nicer version of arbor mist. It would probably be a very nice addition to mixed drinks though...
