A - Slow poured into a Tulip glass. Heavy carbonation, moderate light pink head, good lacing.
S - Amazing. Raspberry is, obviously, extremely prevalent, sour apple is as well.
T - Very sweet. Raspberry stands at the forefront with sour apple following closely behind. Extremely sour and acidic; though, somehow this brew remains very pleasant.
M - Lingering and velvety. This brew does not, in any way, finish clean. In fact, it will stay with you for quite a while after.
D - Poor. Not to show any disrespect, but I could barely finish a tulip glass of this brew. I could stand this brew if it was blended with another, however, by itself, I wouldn't find it enjoyable for long.
All in all, this is a brew that is meant to be blended with another genre brew; such as a wheat beer. In fact, that was the way in which I first tried this brew. Unfortunately, by itself, I find this lambic overpowering.
