Served in a Lindeman's flute.
Appearance is amazing, though rather shocking at first. The color is a mesmerizing cloudy ruby red. A light head that held for a short time.
A strong, raspberry smell that permeates the room. The taste, like the smell, is dominated by raspberries. A tad too sweet for me, but good. Finishes with a light better twang which is one of the few reminders that this is beer.
Very light bubbles that give a nice mouthfeel. Very drinkable with dessert. I had with Swiss chocolate, which was a good combination.
