Not bad at all. This is my first try at the Lambic style of brews. I find it to be very interesting. It's light, yet flavorful, and just a bit of "kick" on the ol' palate.
The appearance is dark-red (burgundy)... almost like a red wine. The smell is very fruity, of course, the raspberry aroma creeps over the glass. The taste is light and flavorful... it ends somewhat bitter, but clean. The experience is just like eating an actual raspberry. The mouthfeel is also good...as it's light and crisp.
The drinkability is pretty good, but I don't know that I could drink it all day into night.
Overall, I like it...think it's a good brew. I'd use the lambics as a "change" from the ol' stand-by. I would definitely drink this one again.
