A: Color was a deep dark red with a couple of fingers rose head. Nice lacing in the pilsner glass poured in.
S: Very strong raspberry smell; fruity and acidic. Smells like a fruit juice.
T: Hard to describe what this tastes like - something in between a wine, a champagne and a beer. As my first lambic, it doesn't taste very much like what I'd call a traditional beer. Quite sweet and refreshing.
M: High carbonation feel. Mostly sweet but leaves some sour aftertaste as well.
D: This was an enjoyable after-dinner treat, but due to the sweetness I don't think I'd want to drink it with a meal or more than a single serving.
