Pours a murky honey gold topped by a thick, frothy bone-white head.
The aroma is all apple cider vinegar, barnyard, granny smith apples, grass and white wine. Funky.
Sour and funky. Sour and tart green apple. Like hay straight from the barn. Finish is dry and acidic with a light dusting of white pepper.
Mouthfeel is a light and vinegary.
Easy drinking for a style that's hard to take, but I can't help feeling it's a little green right now.
