Appearance: Amber with low perceived effervescence, little lacing, some floaters and a white head that quickly fizzles out leaving a thin crown.
Aroma: Medium to medium high in intensity. Funky barnyard town right here. A lot of cheese, horse blanket, socks and some powerful cat urine. Some fruit does come through, mainly orange.
Taste: Medium high to high intensity. Citrusy (Lemon and Lemon Balm) and Funky. The funk overwhelms everything though.
Palate: Light bodied, medium low carbonation, medium high acidity, medium high sourness.
Overall: Could use more balance and complexity. It's good but Lindemans has better offerings.
Serving type: bottle
