Golden straw color that is hugely carbonated beverage comes with more head than you can shake a stick at. Watching the bubbles rise to the top almost reminds me of sparkling white wine or a champagne. I could not get my nose out of this beer, there's a peach note with musty mushrooms, hay, sour blueberries, farmhouse, wood, lemon, just straight up funk. And it smelled really good. The taste was sour, the bottle was about a year old but still had a brightness to it. Blueberries and peach, sour funk all with a nice prickly carbonation.
Really a fun beer to share with others and watch people guess all the aromas and what they are tasting in it. Great beer.

A benchmark for the style - well balanced and delicious
aroma: sweet and sour funk with lemon citrus, pepper and musty notes.
taste: lemon citrus, pepper, funk, wood, slight sherbet and some grapefruit bitterness. Great balance of sweet, sour and spice.
two words: quality beer!
