16 oz can poured into a nonic.

Pours a clear amber color with a half finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Aroma has a nice floral hoppiness to it.

First sip is a nice refreshing rush of hoppy flavor, with a moderately bitter bite on the back end. Balanced, but not sweet. A touch thin-bodied, maybe a little more malt body would have helped cut back on the bitter bite on the back end, but this is a minor complaint. Overall, a very solid APA.

This beer was absolutely perfect for tailgating prior to last weeks Eagles game. Flavorful, refreshing, and canned.

Good hoppy American pale ale. Had a deep copper color with a clean finish. Smell was average....very light. I liked it. Interestingly, I have had it out of the can and on draft.....I thought the can was better. If your at the brew pub and like pale ale you should give it a shot...and if it is available retail in your area it is not a bad way to spend a buck.

16 oz. can poured into a bulbed pint glass. Liquid comes out a nice amber color with absolutely PERFECT clarity. Slightly darker than off white colored head with all small to medium sized bubbles, sticks around quite awhile and has great lacing and glass retention. Head erupts on a hard pour. Good looking beer.

Smell is good. Biscuit bready with hints of toasted over caramel malts, good malt backbone. Not overly powerful, but some nice citrus hop presence and crisp.

Taste is on par with the smell. Caramel malts and toffee, with hints of biscuit breadiness and a dab of honey butter. Hop presence slightly stronger here some mild citrus and pine resin hops. All flavors mesh well together, quite balanced.

A hard medium mouthfeel, the flavor lingers longer than expected. Clean and crisp with a good carbonation level, very mild bite from the hops at the end. As indicated before, it's very well balanced. Drinkability is crazy good, this one goes pretty quickly, but also one you can savor the flavors if you want. Really good representation of the American Pale Ale style.
