Pours a copper colored body with orange hues beneath the robust, foamy, off-white head which slowly dissolves to leave a constant ring of lacing clinging to the glass.
This is certainly more of a malt forward IPA featuring toasted and bread like malt with pine and woody hops. The malt is more present as it warms with zesty citrus hops appearing as well.
Again, a maltier flavor, quite tasty featuring toasted bread and toffee malt with piney hops, and a palate coating citrus hops finish that is sweet and fresh.
Medium in body with medium to generous carbonation and a palate coating, sticky finish.
If you like your IPAs on the malty side this is a nice one.

Appearance is a copper color beer that is slightly fizzy. There was a half finger of head that dissipated rather quickly but left some nice lacing behind. The nose is only mildly hoppy. The dominant flavor is an almost bubble gum sweetness that is desperately odd. There was also a quick shot of spiciness which is even odder. To top it off, the hoppiness on the finish was almost non-existent.
I’d say this is definitely misclassified as an IPA but I have no idea what it category it belongs in.

16 oz can.
Pours a a clear dark copper amber with a frothy pale cream head. Fades to a thick collar, trace lace. Stale malt nose, bread, floral, and biscuit. More hop bitterness throughout flavor than expected, citrus and grassy, with a strong caramel malt body. Medium fully body, strong carbonation, bready, bitter finish. I assume this is an older can, and despite the nose being horrible, I suspect this is actually a nice resiny IPA.
