I am so excited they added the Trion. It's my favorite place in Fort Wayne, a true haven for BAers in the area.
Greg, the owner, is awesome. Super friendly, dedicated to delivering top-notch brews, he's poured some money into the place and I hope it's paying off for him. Just don't change the golden tee, I'm actually halfway adequate at the 2005 version!
Right now, he has 20 taps, and 16 or so of them are high end, in the past few months, Stone, Three Floyds, Bells, Victory, Founders, Mad Anthonys, and others I am blanking on have made an apperance. Also offers around 30 bottles, but it's the taps that keep me coming back. He's talking about 20 more taps and I get excited just thinking about it.
The food is perfectly decent, nothing stands out too much in either direction . . . the ribs and pork sandwich are pretty tasty.
Look forward to many more fun evenings at the Trion.
Edit-I bumped the food up a bit after having the patty melt the other night. Freaking fantastic. The 22 new taps look like it's a go, so when that happens, the selection is getting a bump as well. The prices have gone up a bit in the past few months, but plenty of the top-notch brews are still priced very reasonably.
Edit-The taps are in. I still love this place, but the prices are getting really high, multiple beers going for $10+. I have to stick to some of the stand bys that I know are 6-7 bucks becuase I just can't be dropping $10+/beer on stuff that isn't a known quantity. I hope Greg isn't pricing himself to high, then again he can always just scale back as needed and with the way he tracks the numbers, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

The Trion is a bit out of the way for me as I live in Fort Wayne. But I've never been disappointed that I've gone. It's usually dead the weekdays unless there is a game on. The weekends can get a little crowded and they also have a dart night but I can't remember what night that is. I usually sit out on the patio or at the bar and usually have good service though there have been the occasional night when I was left with an empty beer for way too long and couldn't get noticed.

This is the best tap line in the Fort Wayne/New Haven area. Period. It has most of the 3 Floyd's selection on Tap and is constantly moving through beer from every part of the world. They also have a great bottle selection. The food is pretty good. The menu is vast and includes burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas. It's always been fast in serving and it's always hit the spot.

Trion also hosts Brew Haven, an annual beer fest that is always a blast in early August. If you're around, definitely come!

Great beer bar. Food is meh, deep fried pickles are awesome, they also have a pulled pork sandwich that's pretty good. Beer selection is ridiculous, if you can't find something you don't like you're not a true craft brew enthusiast. Only beef with this place is pricing on beer, I understand if it's rare or just a normally expensive brew but the sizes are usually small (10oz) and the prices can get a lil steep. Still best beer selection in NE Indiana.

Great selection of brews and bourbons. Quick service and knowledgeable staff. Food is inexpensive but taste. Beer is served the way I like it. Their website keeps you up to date on events and what is on tap. Staff has yet to suggest something I didn't like, ask if you don't know what to order and they will find something to your liking.

Really amazing place! Ridiculous that a place this great could be in such a small town, and unlikely area. Beer and bourbon selection are unmatched anywhere within a hundred miles at least. And, the food is spectacular as well. Classic american food, very well done. I would tell anyone, anywhere to come here. You will never be disappointed, except maybe occasionally the service is a bit slow, and not fully educated on the vast beers and bourbons. But overall, wow, wow, wow! Do not miss your opportunity to come here. It's like a disneyland of drinks and good food!

A great bar and establishment in downtown New Haven. They have the awesome Brew Haven craft beer festival, the only outdoor seating of any bar in New Haven, a huge selection of local and global craft beers, and the best burgers in town.

While flights and some beers can be a little pricey they have regular customer appreciation sales. I went in the night before Thanksgiving and they were having a ThanksBeering celebration, 1/2 price beers and Greg, the owner, gave everybody free Brew Haven tshirts. And right now, for the entire month of January Zombie Dust, one of my faves, is $2.75, the whole month. Stop reading and go to the Trion for a beer ir two right now.

Love this place. I frequent here quite often. One of the best beer selections on tap in the Fort Wayne area. Maybe even northeast IN. Normally plenty of Three Floyd's, Bells, Founders, Goose Island, and Great Divide. 58 taps. You can get flights for $14. They also have rare tapping such as Shark Pants and Boogoop. Some of the beers can get pricey but worth it. Food is good. Try their pizza and sausage rolls. Service can be spotty at times. Now non smoking. Check out their website. It has a uodated tapping list and shows whats on deck. Check it out if you can.

If it wasn't for BA I wouldn't have found this place so thanks to everybody that reviewed it prior to my visit. All the other reviews are pretty dead on great tap list the best in area that I found. I was in the area for business from the East coast so I was very pleased to see (12) Three Floyds on tap loved the Zombie Dust. They had about 50 taps with a great selection of Belgian beers St. Bernardus Abt 12, Nogne O, Golden Draak etc. Had a great selection of Michigan beers Founders, Bells, New Holland, etc. Had quite a few flat screen TV to watch the games on. I didn't care for the smoking since they advertise it's a non smoking establishment. The food was awesome the pork sandwich that was smoked for 14hrs was incredible so were the ribs. The only things that was a small negative beside the smoking was the fact that the samples were a little on the pricer side $14 for (5) 5 oz. samples. Overall this was a great bar and worth the trip from miles away you will not be disappointed.
