First, I believe my review is biased by my overall stay in Sweden, where I met so many great people and shared so many great beers in many wonderful pubs and restaurants. I had so many cheerful and engaging conversations with just about every person I met or who worked at the various establishments I visited.
On this Sunday afternoon I had been walking with my wife enjoying Goteborg's older neighborhoods, when we found ourselves in the Jarntorget neighborhood. Saw Ciggaren tobacco café and adjacent Bishop's Arms and decided to take a break. Picked up a few Cubans and went inside the BA to check out the beers. Had been told by Bark that BA franchises often had Narke on tap, and was not disappointed. Had a very enjoyable/informative chat with bartender, and took a few minutes to be impressed with the taps and bottles I could choose from. Dark but very comfortable inside. Nice little oasis. They've added a canvas tented outside seating area since the photo below. Chose to go outside; lit up a Montecristo #1 and took my time enjoying it with a Narke Svarta Kungen Porter. May not have been the perfect pairing, but relaxing with these and having some background music from a reggae band playing in the nearby park ... well it was about as nice as it gets.
Highly recommend a stop here. The beer choices are excellent, the bar is first rate and the extras in the neighborhood make it a very worthy trip when in Goteborg.

Perhaps the most cheerful and intimate of the Bishops Arms pubs I have visited so far. The atmosphere was joyful with a mix of after work-companies, warm-up parties and people having a pint waiting for the next tram home.
The beer range was large even for a Bishops Arms pub: Lots of bottles from Norwegian, Danish and American micros. About 5 taps with Swedish microbrewed beers.
They use to have "Ocean Arbetarporter", a beer exclusively brewed for this pub by local brewery Ocean Bryggeriet, but it was temporarily replaced by their Christmas ale.
The prices were a little above average. The service was OK.
Bishops Arms Järntorget is also the home of the Göteborg Porter Drinkers Society.
