This is one of several Heinen's that I have been to. I might like this one the best as it seems like it might be the largest of the ones that I have been to but really as far as beer is concerned they are all very similar. Heinen's has a reputation around here (there are something like 10-15 of them in Northeast Ohio) of being kind of a higher class grocery store. Their food is quite good with emphasis on organic stuff (long before it became so popular) and higher level meats, deli, bakery. There are "valets" which meet you at the door on your way out. You go get your car and then they pack all of your groceries in your cart while you remain in the car. They might be known more for their wine selection as opposed to their beer selection as it is considerable. On to the beer.
Quality. Good as everything is displayed in a clean, organized manner. Some bottles are room temperature and some are in those open type of fridges common in grocery stores.
Service. Just fine. I only spoke to one person while at Heinen's about the beer and he was minimally helpful like I would expect him to be. They have wine tastings at Heinen's but I have not seen or heard about any beer tastings. Service, therefore, is average in my opinion. Nice folks and everything but nothing remarkably special.
Selection. This is where Heinen's shines. Bottles, bombers from Brooklyn (well represented), Victory (Storm King, Pils, Golden Monkey), Avery, Rogues, Gulden Draak, Piraat, Great Lakes (well represented), Troegs, Southern Tier, Stone, Lagunitas, some BMC but really only about 10% of the total, Bell's, New Holland, Ommegang (well represented), Traquair Jacobite, and many, many more that I cannot recall.
Value. Just fine and reasonable. I can remember a Gulden Draak Bomber for 9.99 and the Ommegang 750 ml were 5.99.
Notes: Overall a nice place and an unexpected source of some good beer at reasonable prices presented very nicely. They certainly respect beer.

Heinen's is a grocery that strives for high customer satisfaction marks. The store is clean and well layed out. This Heinen's in peticular is slightly on the small side.
The beer isle is close to the deli/ wine market area. They feature offerings that are chilled and un chilled.
The store represents the BMC product as well as many 6 packs of craft beers. Typical offerings feature the usual suspects, Great Lakes, Magic hat, Rouge, Pyramid, Bell's, Victory, Southern Tier, and many more.
Prices are reasonable for the selection that is offered.
Just got back from a Beer run at this location. Got a sixer of Sierra Nevada Celevration Ale, 550ml Sam Smith Winter Welcome, 750ml Ommegang Rare VOS, and 550ml of Rouge Chipotle Ale all for $25.
Also had bombers of Troegs Mad Elf, Delirium Noel, Alesmith Yulesmith, and several other Stone and Rouge Bombers. Better selection than I remebered and nice prices to boot.
