On cask at the Guildford Arms in Edinburgh.
A: Pours a dark amber orange color. A one finger white and bubbly head forms, and recedes to a ring pretty fast. Light lace is left behind.
S: The aroma is great. Citrus and floral hops. A big honey like sweetness in the nose. Bread/biscuit and toffee malt. Excellent.
T: The honey like sweetness dominates up front, but it never becomes cloying. Toffee, bread, and biscuit malt again. A nice fruity flavor of apples and grapes as well.
M/D: A medium to full body. Good carbonation. This is increadibly creamy and smooth. Like silk. Not a session beer, but I can drink this all day.
I really like this. Another great beer from Caledonian. There is a big sweetness, but it is never cloying or overbarring. A great summer beer.

On cask at the Bridge House, Belfast
Pours with a pale amber body, thick dense white head with solid retention. Some patchy lacing
Smell, fresh slightly citric hops, a touch of biscuit and caramel. Some fresh flowers and honey
Taste, solid malt profile, caramel and toffee. A little touch of hop bitterness and flavour on the finish
A drinkable ale however a little dull

Half pint served by handpump in the Greyfriars Bar in St Andrews
A- Golden copper body with excellent clarity and 1 finger head that fades to a faint crown slowly and does produce good lacing.
S- Bready malts, a faint honey sweetness, a whisky like undertone, maybe some pear.
T- Citrus hops come alive in the beginning changing to an overtly sweet honey like finish. Hop bite does linger on in the aftertaste. There is a whisky like, plummy? undertone that i cant quite put my finger on in the middle.
M- A bit too full bodied and sticky for a billing of "summer ale". Low carbonation.
D- Aroma is excellent when fresh from the cask but perhaps a bit too sticky sweet on the tongue in taste and body. Albeit a nicely complex and drinkable brew.
