Very basic and typical light lager, I guess could be commended for mimicking but it's too similar to beers I hate for me to give it anything but a low score.

for a blonde ale, to my surprise this beer tasted incredible. As per usual i'm pretty skeptic towards all beers that aren't dark or in the IPA pedestal area in my little opinion. But damn for a golden clear beer it had tons of flavor and was simply refreshing. Great job to freetail . 8/10

Tasting notes from 3/31 visit to brewery. Pours burnt copper, high foam. Aroma is a citrus floral nose. Sharp taste for a blonde. Almost an amber. Good hops mix. Very good.

I've been sampling the ipa's at freetail brewing, which may explain why i feel this beer has zero flavor

On tap at the brewpub in the outskirts of San Antonio.
Clear light amber with a durable white head that leaves spots of lacing.
Well crafted, with good balance but the aroma is more malty and the flavor is more hoppy than usual for style.
O: a modestly bold American Blonde. Great introductory craft beer.
