Chocolatey. Fragrance of the hopps was Pleasantly subtle. Orgasmic? Probably not. Organic? Could pass for it. Local brew which I am to support. However, the city is not encapsulated by the taste nearly as much as it could be. Perfect drink to sip on, enjoy, and distract from yet another Spurs loss to the NOLA Pelicans.

Tastes like a mix between a hefe and an Oktoberfest. I’m a fan.

Appearance:
Nice burnt orange color with light blonde and copper hues, bubbles are everywhere and the head is thick, and billowy and creates a creamy lacing around the glass.
Smell:
Mild malts and mild roasted hops, summer grass smells, and a light earthy aroma too.
Taste:
Sweet at first and ends with a nice hoppy kick in its aftertaste. The spices come out after its warmed up to room temperature.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and filled with carbonation.
Overall: Very good tasting beer overall, nice spices and well balanced and easy to drink.
