Freetail Peche'cus

A- on tap. Bright hazy yellow with a creamy looking 1/2 finger white head. Really looks like a Lemon Meringue pie.

S- tart aromas, lemon, sour grape, some soft peach. A little bit of funk. Smells like Ananke. Awesome smelling wild ale.

T- this stuff is amazing. Sour peaches right off the bat, followed by that wild ale funk. Notes of lemon, sour green grape, straw, and champagne tartness.

M- nice medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Highly drinkable. I can drink this all day long.

O- this beer is truly excellent. Reminds me of Ananke with additions of sour peaches. This needs to be bottled. Very refreshing and looks beautiful vibrant and bright. (689 characters)

650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy yellow body. Small white head that becomes a very thin collar.

Smell - Peach and a little bit of vanilla. Wheat. Lemon acidity. Some oak.

Taste - Peach is less intense. More grain and strong sourness. Lemony. A little oak.

Mouthfeel - Very light and well carbonated. Kinda spritzy.

Overall - Very enjoyable if uncomplex. (390 characters)
