This is a grocery store first of all, but it has quite a decent selection of craft beers. In the back of the store on the left side there will be a few shelves of craft beer. They carry such things as Stone, Dogfish Head, Bell's, Three Floyds, New Holland, and many Indiana microbrews that I don't see anywhere else. Yeah there's a big macro aisle too, but it does have some decent options in one section of it. You aren't going to get good service or anything since it's a grocery store (unless you see me) but the selection and cost speaks for itself. Oh yes, the cost. Somehow this place has almost everything cheaper than the liquor stores, and often it's by a a whole dollar or two. Since there aren't many (any) good craft beer places in Chesterton this is actually a pretty good option and I would recommend checking it out for some decent beers.

I visited this place a few weeks ago and thought I'd share the experience.

The owners/managers of this store obviously care about craft beer because the created a whole craft-only beer cooler section that the macros are seperated from.

The selection was very solid considering that its a grocery store and craft beer buying options are pretty limited in the area around this store. I found solid offerings from Stone, New Holland, Goose Island, Founder's, Sierra Nevada, etc. Nothing rare mind you, just what I would consider high quality staples.

Prices were very fair (not too high, not too low). Service is pretty non-existent, but it is a grocery store after all.

Worth a visit if you are in the area!
