Poured into a snifter from the very first run of NOLA cans. (yay, NOLA!)
Appearance: clear, light golden with a two finger white head that has staying power; some lacing.
Smell: malts up front with grains, caramel, hops and floral undertones.
Taste: malty sweet start with a bitter finish. Slightly nutty.
Mouthfeel: medium; decent carbonation
Overall: if I went for lighter tasting beers, this would make a fine session brew. The bitter finish was a turnoff. Better on tap.

Poured into a Florida Beer Co. tapered glass. Bottom of can says Best By 11/21/13
A- Pours a medium amber color with a 3/4 inch off-white head that soon fizzes away to a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a mostly full sheet of surface foam. Semi-resilient lacing leaves a thick jagged ring behind on the glass.
S- Sweet, bready aroma with notes of apple, slight caramel and a hint of glass.
T- Cracker-like graininess comes on and fades into a faintly malty sweetness. Incredibly easy to drink without being too flavorless.
M- Kind of watery with medium carbonation and a lightish body.
O- Nothing to scream about, but there are definitely worse blonde ales out there. I don't regret the purchase of a six-pack since I and my friends will enjoy every one.
