At the brewery, from tap to pint glass
A- poured a light reddish amber. A wicked head first appeared that slowly receded leaving lacing on the sides. Makes me excited to embrace an ipa in the adirondacks. Love the concept of fresh adk waters being used to craft a brew
S- grapefruit and citrus engulfing the scent. Some sweetness arises that is mixed with the standard pine and earthy scents of an ipa. I'l say again, I am anticipating the excitement of the adirondack waters in this ipa
T- the hoppiness is true bitterness of tropical flavors. The citric flavors are embodied with pine and floral flavors. There is some malt that emerges to create some additional sweet flavor. The final remains end up being a pine flavor that lingers on the tongue
M- medium bodied and creamy. Well carbonated too
D- this is a great example of an american ipa that is brewed with the integrity of the adirondacks themself. A delicious hop bouquet of flavors that make and enjoyable moment. If you want to capture the heart of ny that is exemplified as an ipa... Try this brew!

The beer comes in a dark reddish amber.
The aroma has bready malt with citrus and floral hops.
The flavor follows with a bready malt backbone, without being too heavy. The hops come through with grapefruit, some floral, and a bit of pine.
A surprisingly decent brew for what it is.
