Located less than a mile from my new home in Eugene, this MofC has one of the better beer selections I've seen (the wine selection here is by far and away the best I've seen at MofC). In terms of atmosphere and service, MofC is a grocery store, so it's diffcult to comment on either. The staff here are friendly enough, but I don't think there's anyone working here that can help you if you have a beer related question (other than telling you where the beer and wine selection are located).

In terms of the selection, the emphasis is on local and regional craft beer. They have some Belgium, British and German imports as well, plus some DFH, but I think the focus is on local products (as it is with the food items sourced for the store as well). Unlike at the Franklin MofC, at this store I saw things like the Oak Aged Yeti, RR Santification, Speedway (as well as other Alesmith beers), and HOTD fred, adam and doggie claws. Nothing mind blowing, but still, the selection here is pretty damn good overall. They had a particularly strong selection of Ninkasi and Oakshire beers here (which I guess is to be expected). Most of the beer is kept in a large cold box area in the back of the store, and I'd estimate that they have roughly 200 or 300 different bottles available. The selection is divided into a bomber/750 ml. section, and a 6 pack section. Prices seem reasonable. Bottles of Speedway were going for $11.99 a pop, which is about as low as I've seen any place.

To say the least, I'm very, very happy that this place is just down the street from my new home. It pretty much goes without saying that I'll be back.
